True spirituality occurs in the present. The only thing that can sustain us in the present is experiencing and feeling the presence of the Divine within us and in everything around us, and becoming One with it. It is only then we make our past obsolete, the future irrelevant, truly live in the present, eliminate duality, and become spiritual.
